Welcome to my New Website

Welcome to my first newsletter and my NEW website!

In the last several years, I have taken on new projects as a certified positive psychology life coach. The year-long training I completed in 2014 with the Wholebeing Institute has been life changing—inspiring me to share a wealth of tools and strategies to help people live a life with greater positivity, purpose, and peace.

My passion for this work has translated into a practice in which I see private clients, lead interactive workshops, teach classes, and continue to write articles on related topics for publications and websites, such as The New York Times, PsychologyToday.com and Mindful.org.

I’ll be posting soon about my recent trip to India, and am also working on a piece for The New York Times Travel section, so stay tuned.

So again, welcome…

Please take a few moments to explore my new website. It is my hope that you will engage in the material and perhaps embark on this new journey along with me.

Warmly,
Caren
